Hwayi Factory was formerly known as “Riyi Factory”. It was named so because it was established by Mr. Xu Wang in 1931 during Japanese rule. After Taiwan’s recovery, it was renamed as “Hwayi factory”,In 1995, we established noodle R&D team, because of the fact that noodles are the main subsidiary food for Taiwan and even the world. After small scale test, soft open and marketing, we finally established Hwayi Noodle Factory in 2007 after 12 years exertion. The factory covers the area of about 300 Pyeong, specializing in producing ancient style, semi-automatic or handmade Chinese noodle, egg noodle etc., which are sold to U.S., Japan, Australia and so on with new opportunities created.
